1. The 14-Passenger High-Roof Ford Transit

Best for: Airport transfers, small wedding parties, and executive site visits.

The Ford Transit is the workhorse of urban group travel. It’s nimble enough to navigate tight downtown streets and fits into most standard loading zones.

• Passenger Capacity: 11–14 passengers.

• Luggage Capacity: Fits approximately ~10 standard suitcases or 6 sets of golf clubs. We also offer a trailer rental if your have too much luggage! 

• The Pro Move: If you have a full 14-person group with heavy luggage (like a hockey team or a group heading to the airport), we recommend stepping up to the 20-passenger bus to ensure everyone has legroom.

2. The 30-Passenger International Mini-Coach

Best for: Corporate employee shuttles, medium-sized wedding loops, and day trips.

This is our most popular mid-sized bus rental. It offers the comfort of a full-sized coach but is more economical for medium-sized groups.

• Passenger Capacity: Up to 30 passengers.

• Luggage Capacity: Significant rear storage and overhead bins. Fits approximately 25–30 suitcases or 20 sets of skis/snowboards.

• The Pro Move: This vehicle is the "sweet spot" for employee shuttle services. It’s large enough to make a dent in the commute but small enough to run frequent, efficient loops.

3. The 56-Passenger Prevost Motorcoach

Best for: Large-scale conferences, multi-day tours, and professional sports teams.

When you need to move a small army, the Prevost is the gold standard. These are designed for long-haul comfort.

• Passenger Capacity: 56 passengers.

• Luggage Capacity: Massive "under-belly" storage. Can easily accommodate luggage for every passenger plus additional equipment.

• The Pro Move: Use this for Ottawa or Calgary charters heading into the mountains or between cities. The under-bus storage is essential for teams with heavy gear or large trade show displays.

How to Book the Right Bus

Don't let the math stress you out. When requesting a quote, always provide:

1. Total Passenger Count: Include your "buffer" (don't book a 14-passenger van for exactly 14 people if they all have suitcases).

2. Special Equipment: Let us know if you're carrying skis, golf clubs, or trade show booths.
